VORQENA ships worldwide. During checkout you'll choose your delivery country and we'll calculate exact shipping, duties and taxes — so there are never surprise costs when your parcel arrives.

Orders over £150 ship free with tracked standard worldwide. No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Customs & import duties
Your country's duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, and most orders under each country's de minimis threshold arrive duty-free. If a carrier ever asks for additional payment, contact us first — we handle these cases personally.
Packaging
Every order ships in a reinforced, plastic-free box with recycled paper padding, linen ribbon and a wax seal. Your keepsake arrives gift-ready — even if the gift is for yourself.
Our 30-day promise
If a standard (non-personalised) item isn't right for any reason, return it within 30 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund. We'll email a prepaid return label — returns are free.
Personalised pieces
Because personalised items are crafted uniquely for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. However, if your engraved piece arrives damaged, defective, or the engraving doesn't match your approved proof, we'll remake it at no cost — or refund you in full.
How to start a return
- Email care@vorqena.com with your order number.
- Pack the item securely back in its original box (or a sturdy equivalent).
- Affix the prepaid label we send you and drop it at any shipping point.
- Refunds issue within 5 business days of the item reaching our workshop.
Damaged in transit
Please photograph the damage and email us within 7 days of receipt. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
